Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of QuoteFollow, a web app operated by SBAJ, Philippines ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

QuoteFollow helps you record customers and quotes and schedule follow-ups. It does not send quotes or messages to your customers on your behalf.

2. Your account

• You must give a valid email address and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your data

You own the customer and quote information you enter. You confirm you have the right to store it. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Plans and payment

The Free plan allows up to 5 customers and 5 active quotes. The Pro plan removes these limits for a monthly fee shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use QuoteFollow for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to access other accounts, probe, scrape, introduce malware or otherwise disrupt the service.

5a. Ownership

SBAJ owns QuoteFollow, including its software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use it under your plan.

6. Availability

We aim to keep QuoteFollow available but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost business or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You may stop using QuoteFollow at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
