QuoteFollow is operated by SBAJ, Philippines. This policy explains what we collect when you use QuoteFollow and how we use it. SBAJ is the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and password (stored securely, never readable by us).
- Business details you enter: business name, type, phone, timezone.
- Records you enter: customers, quotes, follow-ups and notes.
- Basic usage events (for example "quote created" or "pricing page visited") linked to your account id, with no record contents, to understand how the product is used.
How we use it
To run your account, show your data back to you, send account emails (confirmation and password reset), and improve the product. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We rely on performing our contract with you (running your account), our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service, and legal obligations where they apply.
Who can see it
Your records are visible only to your account. They are stored with our hosting and database providers, who process them on our behalf. If you subscribe to Pro, Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, receives the details needed to sell the subscription, manage billing, take payment, handle tax and issue invoices; we do not store card details. We may also share data with professional advisers (legal, accounting) and with authorities where the law requires.
Cookies and storage
We use only what is needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Email us to delete your account and its records; we will do so within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep billing records.
Security
We use encrypted connections and access controls so that each account's records are available only to that account.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
